From iconic IP to global brands, these client results show exactly what a great Amazon strategy can deliver…
Through 2025, we’ve been thrilled to work with a whole host of brilliant brands at different levels of Amazon maturity, delivering great results for everyone from global licensors and established household names to performance-driven Sellers and complex Vendor ops.
And what we’ve seen (as always!) is that success on Amazon comes down to one thing – structure.
To win on the world’s biggest marketplace, you need real commercial rigour, vision and clarity; clear objectives, disciplined execution and strategies built for long-term performance.
To give you a taste of what that looks like, here’s the tale of a year at Venture Forge through the lens of three very different brands with one consistent outcome – Amazon growth that’s measurable and scalable.
The Amazon Ads Case Study: Paddington™
Working closely with STUDIOCANAL KIDS & FAMILY, we were tasked with elevating Paddington™’s Amazon presence, helping to translate this simply iconic global IP into tangible commercial performance on the marketplace.
With a brief that centred on building a fully immersive Amazon Storefront that represented the brand’s 3 core pillars (Classic Paddington, TV Paddington and Movie Paddington), we also needed to develop a strategy that maximises licensee visibility and performance.
The Results
In a clear example of how brand storytelling, structure and performance thinking can coexist – and scale – on Amazon, we achieved…
- 2,543x increase in sales
- 20M+ Amazon Ads impressions
- 409% growth in ad sales
- 578% brand growth
- 37x increase in new customers
“Venture Forge’s strategic approach to Amazon Ads elevated our brand’s visibility and engagement, driving exceptional growth. The Seller Case Study: Kodak Batteries UK
Kodak Batteries UK came to Venture Forge with a dual objective – to drive significant revenue growth while keeping TACoS tightly controlled, and to build stronger customer retention alongside acquisition.
The strategy we created focused on incremental growth over cannibalisation, with everything from repeat purchase optimisation to B2B discounts and continuous performance management in the mix, all combining to deliver outstanding results.
The Results
Showing just how powerfully a strategy based on sustainable expansion and retention can unlock growth – without sacrificing profitability – we achieved:
- A 27% increase in total revenue
- 23% growth in units sold
- 11% increase in Q4 seasonal sales
- 2pp uplift in conversion rate
- 806x growth in Subscribe & Save
“Venture Forge’s expertise in Amazon strategy and data-driven growth provided the perfect balance of expansion and profitability. Their structured approach to brand scaling, customer retention, and performance optimisation made a tangible impact, delivering sustainable success for our business.” – Kodak Batteries UK
The Vendor Case Study: Instant Pot Brands
Instant Pot Brands came to us to deliver a content-led transformation across their Amazon listings and Storefront, all aligned to a refreshed global brand identity to be rolled out across 5 key EU marketplaces.
And the challenge here wasn’t just creative consistency – though clearly that was crucial – it was also the need to build content that was truly performance-driven, and able to scale across marketplaces, while freeing internal teams to focus on strategy.
The Results
In a clear showcase of exactly how content discipline drives commercial performance on Amazon, across the optimised listings we saw…
- A 20% increase in product visibility (Glance Views)
- 15% increase in units sold
- 12% increase in conversion rate
One hero product even saw a +197% uplift in glance views and +379% growth in units sold, with no increase in ad spend!
“Venture Forge delivered exactly what we needed. Strategic content at scale, executed quickly and to a high standard. Their team became a seamless extension of ours, helping us roll out consistent, high performing content across five markets. We are excited for the future and seeing what additional successes we can achieve together with Venture Forge.” – Instant Pot Brands
The Bottom Line
What can we learn to take into 2026?
Well, these brands might differ in size, sector and selling model, but their results point to the same conclusion:
- Brand without structure doesn’t scale
- Performance without discipline doesn’t last
- And Amazon growth is strongest when strategy, content, ads and operations move together
Outcomes like this come from commercial clarity, rigour and execution, all built to hold up under scale.
And this is where our award-winning team excels!
