Designer Fragrances approached Venture Forge with an ambitious goal to significantly expand its presence on Amazon.
Wanting to markedly scale their operations - but stick to a strict advertising budget all the while - they wanted to:
- Boost sales and purchase orders to new heights.
- Significantly improve ad performance, securing a much stronger return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Boost their brand presence by introducing and establishing new products.
- Increase brand impressions without compromising efficiency.

Our Approach

- Delivering high-impact Product Launches: We supported the launch of over 60 products across four categories, aligning SEO, content, and branding to ensure each product entered the market with clear commercial intent, strong discoverability, and the ability to scale profitably.
- Optimising for discoverability and conversion: Through enhanced SEO, commercially driven A+ Content, and large-scale infographic production, we improved both visibility and conversion performance, helping Designer Fragrances outperform competitors across search results and product detail pages.
- Managing Inventory to Meet Demand: Proactive inventory planning ensured consistent availability as sales accelerated, protecting revenue during peak periods and supporting sustainable growth without operational disruption.
- Driving Efficient Advertising Campaigns: Advertising was used strategically to support launches and incremental growth, delivering 35 million impressions, £165,000 in ad sales, and maintaining a 29% ACOS within a tightly controlled budget.
- Strengthening Brand Identity: A restructured Brand Store with four subcategories and a refreshed Brand Story improved navigation, trust, and engagement, further reinforced through the rollout of VINE reviews across the product range.
This multifaceted strategy was tailored to Designer Fragrances’ commercial objectives, enabling sustainable, profitable growth on Amazon while maintaining strict budget control.
