The Brief

American Golf, the UK’s largest golf retailer, approached Venture Forge to help manage and scale their Amazon Seller account for their owned brands — including Stromberg, Fazer, and Benross.

While their internal team had strong product knowledge, they required the dedicated, additional Amazon expertise and resource required to optimise content, manage advertising, and capitalise on seasonal sales opportunities.

The objectives were clear:

  • Manage up to 20 parent ASINs (now expanded to 22) across high-margin own brand products
  • Improve product visibility, conversion rates, and category rankings
  • Build a centralised Amazon Storefront to connect the main brands under the American Golf name
